Crafted from durable aluminum alloy, copper, and stainless steel, it offers a robust yet compact design (42 × 42 × 58 mm) that fits door thicknesses up to 70mm. Installation is quick and tool-free, requiring no wiring or drilling, as it directly replaces existing mechanical cylinders.

The SL01C1-20H supports multiple access methods: PIN code (up to 100 passcodes with random passcode protection to prevent prying), IC card/NFC (up to 100 cards, bindable to mobile wallets for smartphone unlocking), ZSmart App via Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) for short-range control, and a mechanical key for emergency access.

Wi-Fi connectivity, enabled through an optional SLG200 Bluetooth Gateway (sold separately), allows remote unlocking, access log tracking, and sharing of temporary or dynamic passcodes via the ZSmart App, ideal for managing visitor access. The lock supports voice-activated unlocking when paired with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant through a compatible gateway (availability varies by region).

Powered by a single CR123A battery (not included), the lock offers extended operation, with a low-battery alarm and a USB Type-C emergency charging port for backup power. It operates in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C and humidity from 5% to 95% RH (non-condensing), suitable for indoor or semi-outdoor use under cover, though it is not IP65-rated.
