The EZVIZ EB5 4K Smart Home Solar Battery Camera (Model: CS-EB5-R100-2F8WFL, 8MP, 4K) is a wire-free, outdoor security camera designed for effortless installation and sustainable operation. Equipped with a built-in 1.4W solar panel and a 10,400 mAh rechargeable lithium battery, the EB5 requires just two hours of daily sunlight to maintain continuous power, ensuring nonstop operation.

Without solar charging, the battery supports up to 180 days of use (based on 5 minutes of daily activity, per EZVIZ Lab tests), making it ideal for areas without access to wired power. The camera is also compatible with additional EZVIZ Solar Panels (Type-C charging cables only, sold separately) for extended power supply.

Featuring 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 × 2160) with a 2.8mm F1.6 lens, the EB5 delivers crystal-clear video with a wide 135° diagonal field of view (108° horizontal, 56° vertical). Its advanced imaging includes color night vision with two built-in spotlights and infrared vision up to 15 meters (49 feet), capturing vivid details even in low light.

The camera’s Always-On Video (AOV) mode enables continuous time-lapse recording by capturing images at preset intervals, supplemented by normal video recording during significant human or vehicle activity, ensuring comprehensive monitoring without excessive battery drain.
